Dear Readers,

It is in life’s simplest moments that legends are often born. This writer recounts one such moment—a Sunday morning that would leave an indelible mark on a young heart. The morning air was filled with anticipation as some students and others within the Nigerian Law School, Abuja campus gathered at a meeting point, eager to embark on a journey to the Dunamis Glory Dome.

As the bus drove on, worship began to flow from their hearts into vibrant voices pulsating with life and praise. Shortly, the bus halted at a pickup point for additional passengers, and something shifted. The once strong voices faltered, and the worship began to wane. Perhaps it was the unexpected stop that caused this or the introduction of new faces, but the energy in the bus grew quieter and uncertain. Yet, in that near-silence, one voice did not falter. The leader of the group, with quiet determination, continued to sing. Though her voice was soft, it was unyielding, a beacon of resilience and faith. Gradually, others began to join in, first tentatively, then with growing conviction. The new passengers, initially silent, added their voices. The bus that had fallen silent was soon alive with laughter, singing, and praise. By the time they arrived, it was not just a bus; it was a vessel of shared spirit, electrified by their collective worship.

The lesson is clear: change often begins with one voice refusing to be silenced.

Dear readers, don’t stop singing.
